Missing a purchase?

Open Settings → Restore purchases first. If it still hasn't arrived, email us the product name, the approximate date, and the transaction reference, and please don't buy it again. Never send your Apple password or card details.

Apple handles refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Delete account in the game. This deletes your account and its data; it is different from signing out. If you play as a guest, the same button deletes the records kept for your device and then lets you erase the game's data on it.
